Key Responsibilities

• Provide seamless customer support through inbound voice interactions

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0 to 4 years in international voice process or customer service
• Communication: Excellent verbal English with a neutral or UK-accent preferred
• Skills: Strong listening, empathy, and analytical abilities
• Availability: Must be flexible with rotational shifts and work from office
