UK International Voice Process team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound customer calls

    professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer queries and provide

    accurate, timely resolutions

  • Update and maintain customer records in the system after each interaction.

  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance communication and process knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience

    in International Voice Process / UK or US Process / Customer Support (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in

    UK Shift Timings (Afternoon to Midnight IST)

  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
