We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-oriented professionals to join our UK International Voice Process team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for UK-based customers, helping them resolve queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions . Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication with customers at all times. Update and maintain customer records in the system after each interaction. Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily call quality and productivity targets . Follow company policies, data protection guidelines, and UK process compliance standards. Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance communication and process knowledge. Requirements: 0 to 5 years of experience in International Voice Process / UK or US Process / Customer Support (mandatory). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in UK Shift Timings (Afternoon to Midnight IST) . Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge. Immediate joiners preferred.
