Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process Associate, based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support via phone communication, resolving queries, building rapport with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential sales opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and effectively communicating company offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  to professionally engage with clients and address concerns promptly
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to identify and generate leads
• Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of Finance concepts and processes to assist with relevant queries or issues
• Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and on-site setting
• Experience in the exhibit and display or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
