Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven professional for our International Voice Sales process. Exceptional English communication skills are essential for this role, along with a strong enthusiasm for global sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer interactions through voice calls, emails, and live chat
• Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and order processes to global clients
• Understand customer needs and assist with product selection and custom requirements
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team for artwork approvals
• Manage end-to-end order execution including documentation, production, and logistics updates
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and follow-ups using Zoho CRM
• Ensure timely responses and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – non-negotiable
• Prior experience in sales is mandatory is added advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts for international customers
• Strong learning ability with a customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in Fashion Designing, Commerce, Business, or related fields
• Experience in photography, printing, fashion, or creative industries
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an added advantage
