International Voice Customer Support ; ctc upto 4lpa;work from office; Hyderabad
Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab
Location - Hyderabad
Salary:* 3 LPA - fresher - 17 k + 2k attendance bonus
6 months 18 - months 3.4 LPA - 20k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus
Above 18 months - 4 LPA -25 K - 2k attendance Bonus
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Graduation.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
