Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and chat queries from customers.
• Provide efficient solutions to customer issues across voice and chat channels.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by meeting service-level targets.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and resolve problems promptly.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:

• Graduate freshers or those with at least

  12 months of experience

  in a customer support role (Voice/Chat).
• High School (12th) with 12 months experience in customer service will also be considered.

• Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English

  with a clear and professional accent.

• Typing speed

  of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Must pass the

  Versant 4

  assessment (English proficiency test).
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to multitask between voice and chat platforms.

• Technical Requirements:

• System Configuration:

  i5 Core (7th generation or higher), 8GB RAM.

• Internet Speed:

  Minimum 20 MBPS (stable, reliable connection).

• UPS

  (Uninterrupted Power Supply) is
