📍 Position: Executive – Telecom Sales (Voice Process)

📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)

🕒 Shift: Rotational shifts with split week offs (Bi-weekly or monthly). Roster-based.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA CTC

(Approx. ₹49,000 net take-home; standard deductions applicable based on experience & internal salary matrix)

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for telecom product sales

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication

Upsell and retain existing customers when needed

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

HSC / Graduate with relevant telecom sales experience preferred

Graduate freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome if interested in Sales/Retention roles

Must possess valid documents: Educational & Experience-related

Immediate Joiners Only.
