International Voice customer support - US shifts

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as Customer Support Associates (L1 level). This role is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from any domain who possess strong English communication skills. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Education: Graduate in any stream

Freshers with strong English communication skills

-Tenured candidates from any domain with proven high communication skills

-Communication: Excellent verbal & written English

-Should be flexible to work in Technical customer support

-Immediate joiners (Who can join us before Sep 15th )

Compensation:

Freshers: 2.8 LPA

Tenured candidates: 3.2 LPA

Shift timings - 7.30 pm to 4.30 am (or) 10.30 pm to 7.30 am

Any 2 days rotational offs

Work Mode:

Work From Office (WFO) only

Location: Sriram Gateway office parks, Perungalathur

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain high levels of service quality and adhere to company policies
• Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts.(US Shifts)
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and goals
