International Voice Process

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
  
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex queries when necessary.
  
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
  
• Update internal systems and customer records accurately.
  
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

  in English.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  
• Willingness to work in

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification:

  12th pass / Diploma / Undergraduate degree in any stream.

• Graduation Status:

  B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, and Postgraduate freshers are NOT eligible.

  Graduates from other streams (excluding above) are eligible.

• Experience:

  Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO/customer service are welcome.
