Key Responsibilities: (Functional responsibilities associated with the position)

Obtain basic technical and complete commercial competency & handle the customer requirement for Swagelok products, services, related industries, and applications.Timely processing of all customer service functions including customer quotes, orders, and other requests.Preparing the Cost sheet for Non - Annual Rate Contract customers, non-Annual Rate Contract part for Annual Rate Contract customers and ITC requirements.Ensure timely ordering & delivery of products to customer by communicating customer expectations to Order fulfilment team.Interact with warehouse and sales associates on customers behalf. Handle Order expedites, product returns and other techno-commercial information as required.Direct requests and elevate unresolved issues to the proper resource and help resolve customer complaints/concerns.Ontime Payment collection & maintenance of Statutory records.Coordination with SCPC, Customer, Finance team for Commercial actives (Performance Bank Guarantee, Documentation, Terms, and condition review).Conduct daily customer order reviews & revisions for technical matters and ensure timely ordering & delivery of products to customer by communicating customer expectations to customer service, proposal engineers and the order fulfilment team.Sending Quotation request to third party vendor, getting quotes & submitting it to purchase team after receipt of order.Interact with warehouse and on customer’s behalf. Handle inspection & testing satisfactorily as required per the customer.Maintain healthy Days sales outstanding by keeping a tight control on payment collection and ensure ZERO outstanding.Achieve and maintain effective Delivery Performance & Sales Order Management.30%Prepare customer engagement plan for the assigned key accounts & execute the activities.Manage Office AdministrationAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional/Marketing material or events.10%Departmental review meetings, Swagelok Quality Systems & additional responsibilities (as mentioned below)Additional Responsibility: (Elaborate on other activities – Strategic / QS etc.)
Participate in the organization`s strategic planning process & work to achieve the targets assigned to the department.
Timely update yourself by training & assessment with available tools like Swagelok University, live Training, etc.
Learn about the company Quality Systems & incorporate direct procedures in the day-to-day activity. Also participate in the Continuous Improvement projects of the department.
Learn about Business Systems & use them as per the assigned user`s responsibility.
Position Requirements: (Basic skills required for the systematic execution of Job)
Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background) Minimum 3 years in a customer service / inside sale. Prior technical experience in industrial products or instrumentation preferred.
Experience: 3-7 Yrs
Education: Bachelor’s degree / BBA/BMS / MBA
