Job Description

Sales Head We are leading the digital transformation in Construction Industry, aiming to streamline Construction structural material (Aggregates, Bricks, RMC, Steel, Cement) sourcing and improve efficiency while prioritizing customer satisfaction using innovative technology solutions. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations across key markets in southern territories. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional targets and expand market share. • Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for your region, managing both costs and revenue to ensure profitability and scalable growth. • Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team, ensuring high performance and growth. • Monitor field sales activities including site visits, lead generation, and customer interactions to ensure consistent pipeline development. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem, including builders, contractors, and suppliers. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market insights and competitive intelligence. • Drive the implementation of tools, processes, and metrics to streamline sales operations. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on sales objectives and feedback loops. • Review individual and team performance metrics regularly and take corrective actions where needed. • Report sales performance, market trends, and challenges to leadership with actionable recommendations. Educational Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field (B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B or construction-related field sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable working with field teams and making site visits when necessary. • Knowledge of construction supply chains and aggregate material sales is an added advantage.
