Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate at PhonePe, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via various channels to ensure a seamless experience throughout their lifecycle. Your proactive assistance will play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, especially in the sales process, related to PhonePe's products and services. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to resolve customer issues promptly and to manage post-sale processes effectively in coordination with the sales team. Utilizing your problem-solving skills, you will handle customer issues efficiently and escalate when required, always maintaining a high level of professionalism in adherence to company policies and guidelines. To excel in this role, you must be a graduate in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Proficiency in both English and Hindi with impeccable communication skills is a must. You should have a strong command of grammar and pronunciation in both languages, and the ability to communicate without any Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI). Your strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in building and nurturing customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000. The role requires you to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, with 6 days working and 1 rotational day off.
