We are hiring for a leading Multinational Company (MNC) in Gurugram.

Position:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls for international customers.
  • Deliver accurate solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to quality standards.
  • Document all interactions in compliance with process guidelines.

Eligibility:

  • Graduates/Undergraduates can apply.
  • Freshers/Experienced both can apply
  • Excellent English communication skills required.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to Rs 38k ctc (Based on exp).

Both side cab facility provided.
