Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing international sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with international clients, and navigating the complexities of international trade and business. Daily tasks include communicating with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all international business transactions comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to navigate and understand international markets and business environments
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team of website sales professionals
• Oversee website development quality & evaluations
• Offer technical support and resolve sales issues
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth call transfers
• Maintain performance reports and sales documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's in any stream
• Minimum 3+ years in website sales (International B2B. B2C)
• Strong English communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and decision-making abilities
• Good to have qualities:
• Ability to motivate and grow a sales team
• Handle pressure, targets, and team conflicts efficiently
• Close deals directly through transferred calls
