Job Description

As an International Sales Manager, your role will involve driving global sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships across 5 to 8 countries. You should have a strong manufacturing background, excellent international business acumen, and be willing to travel extensively. - Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets. - Achieve sales targets and expand the company's footprint in assigned geographies. - Negotiate and close contracts with distributors, agents, and direct clients. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical and commercial support. - Conduct market research to identify new regions, sectors, and growth opportunities. - Develop country-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts. - Manage channel partners and oversee their performance. - Provide after-sales support and ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Work closely with the manufacturing and production teams to align supply with market demand. - Provide inputs on product customization, quality standards, and cost considerations for export markets. - Support pricing decisions with knowledge of international costing, duties, and logistics. - Travel frequently within 5 to 8 countries to develop and manage sales channels. - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely export deliveries. You should possess strong international sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and product knowledge, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt to diverse business cultures, strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel extensively. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in international sales. - Background in manufacturing/export industry is mandatory. - Proven track record in developing international markets and achieving sales targets.
