International Sales Manager

Role Overview: As an International Business Development Manager, your role will involve developing international business opportunities, with a focus on export operations and international sales. Your responsibilities will require you to have market knowledge, communication skills, and analytical problem-solving capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop export strategies and identify market opportunities - Conduct market research to understand global markets and trends - Negotiate contracts with international customers and suppliers - Analyze market data to make data-driven decisions - Handle unexpected challenges and implement effective solutions Qualifications Required: - Education preferably in Mech Eng. / B.Tech (Agri Eng.) / BBA in international business. MBA in Export Management from a reputed institution - 7+ years of experience in export operations, international sales, or related fields - Familiarity with global markets, including key export destinations, market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural nuances - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Additional Details: Experience in Irrigation for 7 years, International Sales for 5 years, Fire sprinkler fitting for 4 years, and Drip irrigation for 4 years is required.
