Key Responsibilities Attend Training Program Once to become a Textile Examiner / Evaluator (As you may be from textiles background but you may not know how to conduct the exams) Conduct examinations for students who have completed their training in textile or wish to start a career in the textile industry. Use the question papers provided by their experienced content team; there is no need to create your own. Maintain discipline and ensure a smooth, fair examination environment at the centre. Monitor students during the exam and properly check and submit their answer sheets. Qualifications B.Tech or M.Tech in Textile. Or Diploma in Textile or any other course in Textile. Or BSc or equivalent in Fashion Designing Or BA / Home Science in Textile Or NIFT Or Diploma in Computer aided design in Textile Experience 1 to 15 years of experience in textile or related fields. Diploma in Textile with 3 years of experience. Other Diplomas with 3 years of experience Skills Required Strong communication. Good knowledge of the textile industry. This role is perfect for a driven B2B sales professional who is passionate about using technology to solve talent evaluation, training, and recruitment challenges in the EdTech space. Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively target corporates, government bodies, and skilling institutions for high-stakes testing and skills evaluation . Position tailored online assessment solutions. Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process for assessment solutions, from lead generation and assessment-focused needs analysis to demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closure. Meet revenue targets. Relationship Building & Growth: Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across testing verticals. Strong Assessment Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of online assessment methodologies (psychometric, aptitude, technical, behavioural) and their application in talent evaluation, including high-stakes government exams and large-scale corporate recruitment. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Ability to clearly articulate complex tech solutions to diverse stakeholders (IT, HR, government officials) and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Results-Driven & Self-Motivated: Highly autonomous, persistent professional focused on achieving targets, especially in navigating long sales cycles typical of government and large corporate deals.
