Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, based out of Pune,Delhi or Dubai. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, participating in trade shows and exhibitions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Actively support deal closures and create strategies to deliver agreed sales targets in a high-growth and high-demand market environment. The person in this role needs to travel to different locations and foster and establish good relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in international sales and market development
• Strong understanding of packaging industry dynamics and trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in market research and strategy development
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the packaging industry or related sectors is highly desirable
