Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying potential international markets and developing strategies to expand the company's global footprint. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and distributors. Conducting negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing deals to achieve sales targets are also key aspects of your job. Your ability to analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs will be crucial in refining sales strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to identify new business opportunities through networking, online research, and industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify potential international markets and develop strategies to expand the company's global footprint. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and distributors. - Sales & Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Market Research: Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. - Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through networking, online research, and industry events. - Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of international sales operations. - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all international transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including export/import documentation. - Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in international sales, export sales, or a similar role. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel internationally as required. - Knowledge of foreign trade regulations, export-import procedures, and global business trends is a plus. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. Experience in US Sales is preferred, and proficiency in English is also preferred. The work location is in person.,
