Company Description

ARON FOODS specializes in the manufacture and export of dehydrated onions, garlic, and various vegetables in forms such as kibbled, flakes, chopped, minced, granules, and powder. The company also offers fried onions, fried garlic, a variety of spices and herbs including turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander, and fenugreek products. These products are available in bulk and consumer packaging.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's international market presence, managing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills including market research, sales strategy development, and client relationship management
• Experience in international business and export regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and logistics teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
