Candidate Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work in
rotational shifts
(including night shifts).
Willing to work
6 days a week
with 1 rotational off.
Prior experience in international BPO, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling experience is a plus.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
