International Sales Executive

The role of International Sales (Female) - Assistant Manager at our company, located in Anna Nagar, Madurai, involves working with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market share. Your responsibilities will include managing daily sales operations, such as lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up, as well as supporting in identifying new business opportunities and customer trends to drive growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction will be a key part of your role. You will also be required to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement. Additionally, preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, and collaborating with other departments like marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives will be essential. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development. A solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and market trends, are also necessary. You should possess demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and managing a team.
