Job Description: International Sales – Backend Support
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: As per company norms
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in International Sales Support / Backend Operations
Salary: 28,000 to 30,000
Job Summary:
Support the international sales team by managing backend operations, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, report generation, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer databases, maintain accurate CRM records, and track sales metrics.
Process international orders, verify purchase requisitions and documentation, and resolve discrepancies or delays.
Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for the sales team.
Address customer inquiries and coordinate timely responses, especially for international clients.
Monitor and forecast sales pipeline, revenue projections, and market trends.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of international business processes preferred.
