We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Presales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales within the real estate sector, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new leads and bring in potential clients.
Efficiently manage objections and demonstrate strong selling skills to persuade customers to meet our sales managers.
Cold call potential clients and ask relevant questions to understand their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and useful information.
Respond to customer queries via multiple channels and engage with existing customers, inviting them for site visits.
Coordinate with Site Managers for revisits and handle sales over the phone.
