Job Title: International Payment Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai, Delhi, Punjab, Surat

Experience: 1+ years preferred

Industry: Fintech / Logistics

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive International Payment Manager to join our team. The candidate will have 1+ years of relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
3. Develop a strong understanding of company products/services and pitch them effectively to clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
5. Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase offerings.
6. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and negotiate deals.
7. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and other client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the export/logistics/trade finance domain.

• Comfortable with regular field travel.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
