International Outbound Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to international small and medium business (SMB) clients
• Promote products and services effectively to generate interest and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall results

Key Skills Required:

• Proven ability in outbound sales and lead conversion
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Customer-focused approach with resilience and adaptability
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international BPO voice-based sales process
• Employment Gap: Candidates with a gap exceeding 6 months after their last organization will not be considered
• Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in continuous night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
