Location: [Bangalore, Electronic City] Department: International Sales & Business Development Reports To: International Sales Manager / Business Development Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and ambitious International Outbound Sales Executive to focus on expanding our client base in the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for initiating outbound outreach to prospective US clients, presenting our offerings, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling to US companies, understands American business culture, and can communicate effectively across time zones. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads in the US market via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools. Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target industries. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to US-based decision-makers. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and customer success) to align strategies and deliver a seamless client experience. Track all communication and sales activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and activity targets. Provide regular feedback on US market trends, customer pain points, and competitive activity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Undergrads with International Outbound sales experience is acceptable. Minimum 1–3 years of outbound B2B or B2C sales experience, with a focus on the US & Canada market. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong understanding of US business norms, decision-making processes, and buyer personas. Experience using sales engagement and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Ability to work in US business hours or maintain a flexible schedule to overlap with US clients. Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or professional services. Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Clay. Prior experience selling to mid-sized and enterprise clients in the US.
