>> Thermal HVAC Validation Manager Experience: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (10+ years) with solid knowledge in automotive development and validation. Skillset:- Solid background in vehicle thermal, powertrain and battery systems & layouts for EVs. Experienced in DVP and overall validation strategies for thermal and energy systems of electrical vehicles. Good knowledge of testing standards for these domains. Good experience on energy efficiency analysis and optimization, with focus on range optimization. Experience working with external global testing suppliers Leadership skills, capacity to motivate and lead and efficiently organize activities of own team of engineers. Excellent communication skills, capability of synthesis and identification of important topics and their relevance. Capable to deal with challenging time plans. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- >> Reliability & NVH Validation Manager Experience: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (10+ years) with solid knowledge in automotive development and validation. Skillset:- Solid background in vehicle architecture, with focus on interior, exterior, BiW, chassis and powertrain systems. Experienced in DVP and overall validation strategies for reliability, tightness and NVH. Good knowledge of testing standards for these domains. Good skills for subjective assessment of the vehicle, with focus on NVH (wind noise, road noise, PWT noise, operational noise) and squeak and rattle identification. Knowledge about vehicle teardown and failure analysis after durability/corrosion/environmental tests. Experience working with external global testing suppliers Leadership skills, capacity to motivate and lead and efficiently organize activities of own team of engineers. Excellent communication skills, capability of synthesis and identification of important topics and their relevance.
