International Lead Generation Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate High-Quality Leads: Proactively research, identify, and target potential clients (laboratories, research institutions, scientific companies, etc.) in international territories.
• Outreach and Qualification: Conduct effective outbound communication (calls, emails, social media) to introduce our products/services and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospects and track all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in international scientific markets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the international sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.

Requirements

• Gender: Female (as requested by the user).
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably within the scientific, pharmaceutical, or technical equipment industry.
• Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the scientific industry, research processes, or laboratory settings is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
• Location: Willingness to work from our office in Ambala Cantt.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, or a competitive hike on your last drawn salary, commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
