International Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with

  international manufacturers

  to track order status, shipments, and product availability.
• Communicate with

  Indian customers and the internal team

  to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Keep track of

  inventory levels

  and allocate materials to customers based on order priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of

  product pricing, inventory, and customer orders

• Support the

  Mumbai-based operations team

  to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Proactively address and resolve any order discrepancies or delays by liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Pharma, Science, International Business, or Supply Chain Management

  .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a

  professional and international setting

  .
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across

  international time zones

  .
• Prior experience in

  customer support, pharma sourcing

  , or

  supply chain coordination

  will be an added advantage.
