We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Customer Service Executive for our voice process team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to global customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
Prior experience in international voice process or customer service is an advantage.
