Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Lucknow. The representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include assisting customers through various communication channels, maintaining customer records, escalating complex inquiries to relevant departments, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience with international customer service is a plus
• Only Customer Support. NO SALES
