As an International Customer Service Representative based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include assisting customers through various communication channels, maintaining accurate customer records, escalating complex inquiries to relevant departments, and delivering exceptional customer support to elevate the customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills. Experience in enhancing Customer Experience is highly valued, along with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and the capability to remain composed under pressure are essential attributes. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and prior experience in international customer service would be advantageous. Please note that this position is focused solely on Customer Support and does not involve sales responsibilities.
