Job Description

As an International Customer Service representative at Findify Consultants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients. This full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi, requires you to uphold high standards of customer service, maintain phone etiquette, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will revolve around enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills along with a good grasp of Phone Etiquette.
