We are hiring for multiple international processes across Voice, Chat, Email & Back-Office.

Roles Open

• Financial Crime / KYC / AML Analyst
• Customer Service (Voice / Email / Chat)
• Back Office (US / Canada)
• International Voice US Process
• Escalation & Grievance Handling (BFSI)

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months-2 years experience in Customer Service / Voice / BFSI (role-based)
• For Financial Crime/KYC/AML:
• Experience in KYC, AML, Sanctions, Fraud Investigation, SAR, CDD, EDD & Transaction Monitoring
• C1 communication
• Minimum 1 year international process experience
• For Voice/Chat Processes: Freshers to 1+ year experience depending on role
• Banking or KYC knowledge required for certain US voice roles
• Graduates preferred; Undergraduates accepted for select processes
• Rotational shifts (24/7) + 5 working days + 2 rotational week-offs

Salary Range (Role-based)

• 16,500 20,000 in-hand

   (Back Office)

• 20,000 – 28,000 in-hand

   (Customer Service / Chat / Email)

• 25,000 – 35,000 in-hand

   (Voice – US / Banking / KYC)

• 34,000 in-hand

   (Financial Crime / AML Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Voice/Chat/Email/Back-Office
• Perform KYC/AML/Compliance checks (role-specific)
• Manage escalations, grievances & customer issues
• Ensure accuracy, documentation & adherence to process guidelines
• Work in rotational shifts, meet performance & quality metrics
