International Customer Service Executive

As an International Customer Service Executive, your role will involve handling customer inquiries primarily through email, chat, or other digital channels while occasionally engaging in phone calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction, all while navigating diverse cultural nuances and time zones. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone calls. - Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. - Providing product information and guiding customers through processes. - Managing customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with 0-1 year of experience. Knowledge of Hindi and English languages is essential. The shift pattern involves 5 days of working with rotational night shifts. The salary range for this position is between 18K to 28K, and the location is Mumbai, Airoli.
