We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused International Customer Service Executive to join our team and be the primary point of contact for our global clients. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day communication with international clients, partners, and agents. Manage customer inquiries regarding freight rates, shipments, documentation, and customs clearance. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively update clients. Coordinate with internal operations teams, carriers, and overseas agents. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions promptly with a service-first mindset. Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, AWB, etc.). Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics customer service (preferred). Strong understanding of international shipping (air & sea), Incoterms, and customs processes. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight forwarding software is a plus.
