As an International Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries primarily through email, chat, or other digital channels, with occasional engagement in phone calls. Your main duties will include resolving customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and navigating diverse cultural nuances and time zones. You should be a graduate with 0-1 year of experience, proficient in Hindi and English languages. The job entails working 5 days a week in rotational night shifts at the Mumbai, Airoli location. Immediate joiners are preferable. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls, addressing customer concerns efficiently, providing product information, and guiding customers through processes. Managing customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
