Position: International Customer Service Executive

Role Overview:
As an International Customer Service Executive at Shaadi.com, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members worldwide. Your role will focus on building trust, resolving customer queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring a smooth user experience. If you are passionate about helping people, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers, this is the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist international customers with queries related to Shaadi.com’s services.
  • Relationship Building: Provide personalized assistance, ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Product Guidance: Educate customers on Shaadi.com’s features, premium packages, and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Quality Service: Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic service while adhering to company standards and SLAs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 Year in International customer service preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Communication & Empathy: Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide solutions with a positive approach.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and other support tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
