Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and report issues/escalations as needed.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7, primarily night).
Customer-centric attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced process.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Eligibility

UG/Graduate/Postgraduate
0–3 years of experience in International Customer Service Voice Process (UG fresher not eligible)
Strong spoken English skills
United Health Group preferred
