We are hiring for International Customer Care Executive Profile in Hyderabad location!

PROFILE :INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

SALARY : Upto 4.5 Lpa for experienced / 2.5 Lpa for Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound voice calls
from international customers.
Provide
real-time support
and accurate information about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries
efficiently and professionally
.
Ensure
first-call resolution (FCR)
and maintain high
customer satisfaction (CSAT)
.
Communicate clearly with a
neutral accent
and
cultural sensitivity
.
Log customer interactions and call details in the
CRM system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments with proper documentation.
Meet or exceed
performance KPIs
(AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, FCR, etc.).
Adhere to shift schedules, scripts, and compliance protocols.
Participate in
training sessions and quality audits
to continuously improve service delivery.
Maintain
confidentiality and data protection
standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.
