International Chat Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate solutions.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Meet performance targets in areas such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM with high accuracy).
Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Chat Process will be an added advantage.
