Job Description

Hiring For International Chat Process- Kolkata!!

Interact with International customers via chat to resolve queries and provide top-notch support.
Maintain queries and professionalism in written communication.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
Flexible with rotational night shifts and week-offs.
Graduates/ Undergraduates with good typing speed can apply.
Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome!
Immediate joiner preferred.
Working Day: 5.5 Days and 1.5 Day rotational week-off.
2 way cab will be provided.
Work Location:
Godrej waterside, Tower 2, Ring Rd, DP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, WB- 700 091
