Work from office

Work Location:[24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039

Salary Structure: 12k-13k (Take Home After Deductions) (Permanent)

Date of Joining: 28th Sep 2025.

Skills Required:

1. To provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.

2. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

5. Multitasking and coordination skills.

6. Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

Job Details:

1. Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)

2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)

3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.

4. Educational certificates are mandatory.

5. Must be flexible to work from office. Qualification: Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation

Experience: 0-5 years

Age Criteria: 18yr - 35yr

2. Tool Assessment

3. ACM Round
