Analyst Chat Process (US Mortgage)

Analyst Chat Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via
chat support
related to US mortgage processes.
Analyze mortgage-related information and provide accurate resolutions.
Support processes such as
loan origination, servicing, escrow, payoff, and refinancing
.
Ensure adherence to
US mortgage compliance and quality standards
.
Maintain accurate documentation and update customer records.
Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
(minimum
15 years of education
).
2-4 years of experience
in the
US Mortgage domain
(mandatory).
Prior experience in
chat process / non-voice support
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work
Work From Office (WFO)
.
