Votiko is seeking a customer service representative who can interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Also, you will have to deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.

LocationSurat Gujarat. Salary20,000 to 70,000 /month. Working Days:Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off). Mobile Number9081560805. Responsibilities. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

You have to work on computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Each and every call you have to make a report.

Requirements. Qualifications-Any Graduate. 3+ years of overall experience in international calling. Excellent knowledge of English.
