Role: Customer Delight Specialist Location(s): Bengaluru Minimum work experience: 1 year in customer support Job Description & Responsibilities: This is an opportunity to work directly with founders of the company and build the support processes and practice from scratch. Reply to queries from customers in a prompt and polite manner Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that the problems are driven to closure Reaching out to customers (who have placed orders) to obtain measurements and other relevant details for processing orders Maintaining data of measurements in pre-defined formats so that other team members can utilize that as a source of truth Taking up additional responsibilities related to customer experience and conversions as per company requirements and guidance from founders Skills: Confidence to work directly with founders and setup support function from scratch Able to work under pressure and prioritise Minimum 1 year experience in customer service role Fluent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English Comfort with basic computer softwares (Google sheets & docs, MS Word & Excel) Experience on working on a CRM tool (like Zendesk, Twilio, Delight Chat etc)

Role: Store Sales Executive Location(s): Bengaluru Language(s): Should be fluent in verbal communication in Kannada (and at least one of Hindi or English) Days of week: 6 days per week Gender: Female Minimum work experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in saree showroom Job Description & Responsibilities: This is an opportunity to work directly with founders of the company and build the support processes and practice from scratch. Address walk-in customers to the showroom to ensure sales as well as great customer experience Making the customer feel comfortable in the store Understand the customer’s requirement and design preference Showcase our collection of sarees to the customer Help the customer try on sarees in front of mirror (or in trial room) Have full grip of our prices, offers and offerings (related to tailoring and delivery services), and explain them to the customer coherently Note down the customer’s order details in Order form in pre-defined format so that it can be conveyed to operations team clearly Punch order in the system using internal application Collect payments through cash and/or POS (and hand over cash to supervisor) Skills: Confidence to work directly with founders and setup support function from scratch Extremely high level of integrity and punctuality Able to work under pressure and prioritise Minimum 1 year sales experience in saree showroom Ability to make customers comfortable and suggest the best possible products to them that will look good on them (and ability to communicate the same)
