Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the international business strategy for Traffic's portfolio. Identify, evaluate, and engage with new business partners, distributors, and clients in international markets. Lead sales efforts for VMS, VAS, TMA, and PVMS products across target geographies. Build strong relationships with government agencies, transportation authorities, and private sector stakeholders. Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and tender processes. Collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to customize solutions for international clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements. Drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for international sales performance. Manage contract negotiations, pricing models, and delivery timelines. Requirements: Proven experience in international sales/business development, preferably in traffic safety equipment, ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems), or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of traffic management systems like VMS, VAS, and TMAs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally as required. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in handling government and institutional projects in international markets. Exposure to global certifications and compliance relevant to traffic safety products. Network of industry contacts in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, or Africa is an added advantage.
