International Business Manager

Role & responsibilities

• This position will work with all aspects of marketing including market research, product development, sales, and advertising.
• Sourcing of products, Finalization of prices with customers, Reviewing Agreement with Manufacturers.
• To strengthen the relationship with client companies in order to encourage and support their commitment to export growth.
• Developing new clients, new distributors for registration of new products, preparing sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Addition of new products with the existing clients & preparing monthly Sales report.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Follow up with production planning and factory for timely dispatches.
• Manage data for international orders and shipments and duly inform shipments / dispatch details to the clients.
• Develops negotiating strategies and examining risks and potentials as per estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Preparation of Annual / Quarterly Budgets, Issues of LPO on receipt of order, follow up for production till hand over for Inspection to Logistics Department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International relations, Marketing or related field
• 5 -10 years of experience in International Business for MENA region in pharma industry.
• Wiling to travel
